Meet the Team

Brian was born and raised in Margate. As a result, Brian has a more extensive knowledge of the area than most realtors that provides valuable insight for buyer’s. He is a graduate of Holy Spirit High School and The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, where he received a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. While playing basketball at Stockton, Brian earned several prestigious awards. He was Stockton’s “Male Athlete of the Year” in 2004 and 2005 and was selected to the 2005 NABC All-American Team. He was inducted into the 2015 Stockton Athletics Hall of Fame, Brian also has professional playing experience in Europe, allowing him to have seen much of the world. Hiltner joined the Hartman Home Team in November of 2011 where he continues to excel. He has earned a sales award from the NJAR every year since beginning working in real estate. 

As a former professional tennis player, Dana brings her competitiveness into the business. She works hard to find the perfect match for her clients. Dana also assists with the marketing of fine homes and special projects. She keeps our team updated with the latest technology the industry has to offer. Pound-for-pound Dana is one of our most creative and talented team members. Her gifts for shopping and interior decorating make her a great agent for finding and helping design your perfect dream home or new construction. She wears so many hats in the office, you might have trouble keeping up with her. Sarah believes in informing and educating her clients through every step of the process so that they always feel supported and championed.  She possesses a can-do spirit and true love of helping others. Whether you are buying or selling, she will work hard to provide you with the best market data so you are well-equipped with the strongest possible negotiating position.

Sarah grew up in Cherry Hill, NJ and spent summers vacationing at the shore. She now lives in Margate and felt at home immediately when she moved here….and wants others to feel the same. She is passionate about helping clients find their dream home.

Prior to real estate, Sarah had a successful career in the home fashion industry, traveling the world developing product. She is proud to bring her passion for “all things home”, to her clients. She is a graduate from University of Delaware with a Business/Marketing degree. Sarah is a proud member of the Hartman Team
